Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the nutrition services provided by Louise Ellen Nutrition, ABN 21 145 678 905.

If you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment it is requested that 24 hours notice be provided.

​

A deposit is required for all in-person consultations. Further, Telehealth consultations are to be paid in full prior to the consultation unless prior arrangements have been made.

​

If you cancel your appointment or do not turn up to your appointment, the deposit or payment made in advance will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. This is due to the preparation work that goes into each appointment prior.

If you reschedule your appointment and provide the requested 24 hours notice, you may do so on 2 occasions before forfeiting your deposit of the full payment amount. ​

If you pay for your appointment or program in full or in part you will be issued with a credit and you have 1 year to use this credit in full. Please note there are no refunds available for consultations/programs paid for in full or in part.
