MY FAVOURITE GREEN SMOOTHIE (SWEET)

2 cups of spinach
1 green apple

1 banana

1 celery stick

1 small lebanese cucumber

1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

1.5 cups of filtered water

GREEN SMOOTHIES (SWEET)

2 cups of spinach
1 apple
½ avocado

1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1.5 cups of filtered water

 

2 cups of spinach
1 Banana
1 Pear

1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1.5 cups of filtered water

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE (SAVORY)

1 cup of Kale
1 cup of asian greens
½ cucumber
1 whole Avocado
Juice of ½ a Lime

 

HEALTHY CLEANSE JUICE

Add to juicer equal portions of:
Carrot
Apple
Celery
Beetroot

Then add:
Juice of half a lemon

 

GREEN JUICE

Add to juicer equal portions of:
Apples
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Parsley
Kale

Then add:
Juice of half a lemon

 

KICK STARTER JUICE

Add to juicer equal portions of:
Carrot
Celery
Cucumber

Then add:
Piece of ginger
Juice of half a lemon
